Friday morning, you’ll find us at Social Brew. For the women who want a few more friends close by. Someone to grab breakfast with, someone who remembers what you told them last week, someone you don’t have to book three months in advance to see.

Coming on your own can feel like the hardest part, so we take care of what happens next. We find you, introduce you around, then we walk and talk with coffees in hand. If it rains, we settle in at Social Brew and let the conversations carry on.

We’re teaming up with J.I.M in Burleigh to keep your Friday morning going after Coffee & Connect, with a class built entirely around the glutes.

Lift it, shape it, own it. A booty focused workout using a resistance band to activate, sculpt and strengthen the glutes while tightening legs and hips. Whether you are chasing definition or building power, you will leave feeling peachy and strong.

No experience needed. Come as you are, move at your own pace and enjoy trying something new with some familiar faces beside you.

Being the woman behind the business can feel lonely. This is a morning to be heard, talk with women who understand and learn from one another. We'll start with coffee and connection, get into focused time to work on your business, then come together to share ideas, ask questions and keep each other accountable. Bring your laptop, your notebook and the thing you've been putting off.

We've seen women who keep showing up make their first hire, delegate, grow their income and find the confidence to finally hit post. Having women in your corner makes a difference, and that's why we keep making space for this.

Friday morning we are at Riffe for Goodness in Teneriffe. You arrive at 6:30, grab a takeaway coffee, we introduce you to a few women, then we head out along the Brisbane River together. Easy pace, nobody in a rush, and the walk is where the conversations actually go somewhere. If the weather has other ideas we stay cosy in the cafe instead.
