It all began with a vision…a dream of creating a sanctuary where women could feel truly seen, heard, loved, and understood. Laura Alyce, a 5 x business owner and women’s business and life coach, founded The Sisterhood Movement with a heartfelt mission: to empower women to grow and thrive together, reaching their highest potential in a space built on connection, support, and authenticity.

From its inception, The Sisterhood Movement was destined for greatness. What began as an idea has blossomed into a transformative journey. Having now hosted 600+ weekly events, 2 retreats, and inspired over 6000+ women across two thriving cities, The Sisterhood Movement has become a powerful force for connection and community. But even in its early days, no one could have anticipated the profound impact it would have.

Laura’s journey began with a deep understanding of what women truly need: a place to belong, to be celebrated for who they are, and to find the strength and courage to chase their dreams. Guided by her expertise and passion, she poured her heart into building this movement, creating an environment where women could not only support each other but also rise together.

Every event and every gathering reflects the core values of The Sisterhood Movement: love, understanding, growth, and empowerment. Women from all walks of life come together to share their stories, uplift one another, and celebrate the beauty of authentic connection.   • Founder
    The vision of Sisterhood was created for me during a Retreat in November 2021 when I was asked what I wanted to do for the rest of my life if there was nothing holding me back and all I could think about was how I could build a business of impact and community with women.

    I first started my interest in Coaching and Mentoring Women after going through some significant moments in my life that tested and challenged me and showed me that in life, if there is nothing to overcome, there is nothing to become.

    I realised that all of my lessons in life had come from seemingly challenging moments that brought growth, expansion and a higher perspective on the other side.

    Through this journey, I created a passion for working with Women and helping them come back to their TRUTH and figuring out just who the F&*! they are through their unique soul expression.

    We are the creators of our reality!

    Some would describe me as a a soft, gentle, loving and compassionate woman and others describe me as fiery, powerful, outspoken and fearless. And what I’m realising as I journey through this life, is that both exist within me and within all of us.

    I truly love being open, adventurous and somewhat of a chameleon as it has allowed me to create opportunities such as backpacking parts of the world solo and with nothing but a backpack, start a Business at 19 & meet some spectacular people along the way.

    My life has always been sporadic and adventurous and I love it.. and what it has taught me if that to be curious about life is to truly open up and learn more about who you are and what you like.

    The underlying factors are values I have always lived by is FREEDOM, GROWTH, TRUTH & OPENNESS and my curiosity for human behaviour and how we are the way we are has never stopped.
